An advanced engineering complex created in order to develop, test and approve products, with test fields, labs, pilots, technicians and engineers. Used by car-making and truck-making companies, deploying entities and auto part manufacturers, the test field has 20 tracks that reproduce the most various kinds of paving, simulating actual conditions of use. Its structural seismic laboratory is a complete platform for the most advanced kinds of dynamic simulations: it has servo-hydraulic actuators, vibration and fatigue test benches and a seismic base. This entire infrastructure also includes data analysis, confidentiality areas and a vehicle-refueling structure - all of which aiming at conferring reliability, quality and safety to new product developments.

IN ORDER TO ENSURE EXCELLENT RESULTS, OUR LABS HAVE VARIOUS STRUCTURES DESTINED FOR A WIDE RANGE OF SIMULATIONS AND TESTS, IN ADDITION TO TEAMS THAT ARE QUALIFIED TO ANALYZE DATA BY USING THE MOST ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES AVAILABLE.

Our labs are equipped with the most advanced equipment for chemical and mechanical analysis destined for the development of products provided by our business. One example is our dimensional control lab, where 3D, welding, hardness and microhardness analyses are carried out. In turn, the metallographic lab allows for the execution of chemical analysis, metallographic analysis through optical microscope and tensile testing in order to test mechanical properties. All products manufactured by Suspensys are submitted to measurement and testing procedures that guarantee the quality and traceability of each component.
