With the belief that preserving the environment is a matter of survival, Suspensys has directed its activities so that it may become an environmentally-responsible company, managing its activities in order to identify the environmental impacts, aiming at minimizing negative impacts and maximizing the positive ones.

Developing and implementing educational and cultural initiatives and programs promoting social inclusion and social change.

Preparing children and adolescents so they may grow up to be active and responsible citizens by way of an educational approach.

Activities take place in the opposite school shift of students’ regular classes in multidisciplinary and free education centers, and participants are chosen based on social vulnerability criteria. There are two Florescer units at Empresas Randon, in addition to four branches in the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and São Paulo. The Elisabetha Randon provides the methodology and technology used in the Florescer Program by way of its social franchises.
