In order to meet crop protection needs, Suspensys has developed an adapter kit for trucks used in sugarcane crop operations. Made by suspensions for the 1st and 2nd steering axles and an expansion assembly for rear suspension, this kit extends the axle gages, enabling the assembly of special tires, thus reducing crop damage thanks to a decreased soil compaction when the truck is passing through. Its assembly does not change the main structure of the truck, allowing it to return to its original set-up so that it may be used in other operations.

Aware of agribusiness needs, Suspensys presents its Lubfree® Agro Mechanical Suspension. With standardized components, quality and technology, this product has been developed so that it may be used in transhipment trailers, and it may be equipped with rigid or self-steering axles. With improved performance, it is equipped with Lubfree® equalizers, which require no lubrication and provide increased durability, thus generating an excellent value for money for the operation when compared to competitors.

Focusing on Latin American markets, Suspensys has developed its air suspension tag axle kit, a simple and functional solution for customers that need to expand the load capacity of their trucks. It has a robust type air-link air suspension, which offers increased protection to the structure of the vehicle. It is also compact and easy to set up, and it may be used in various truck models, with little adjustment to the chassis.
