Suspensys | Suspensys brings innovation and technology to Fenatran

Suspensys, together with Autopeças from Randon Companies, translated the concept of innovation during the 22nd Fenatran - International Road Cargo Transport Trade Show, held in São Paulo between October 14 and 18. The various launches of the brand and the resources used to present them, such as a truck made with acrylic and Augmented Reality through an application, divided the attention of visitors to the stand. Among the 16 releases of products and solutions taken to the event, the e-Sys and Duetec systems stand out.

The Suspensys stand was highlighted at the São Paulo Expo for its technology and interactivity. Tablets were made available with the Augmented Reality application in which the user could navigate between the tracks and the testing laboratory of the CTR (Randon Technological Center), where product tests and approvals take place. The entire user experience was mirrored on a television with 3D details, descriptive, photos and videos, drawing the attention of visitors. Another novelty was the Suspensys RA app, which interacted with the product folder turning them into augmented reality on visitors' cell phones or tablets. The public also had the opportunity to check out an acrylic truck, built especially to facilitate the viewing of Suspensys products.

Amongst the product releases, the highlight is the e-Sys, auxiliary axis that converts kinetic energy, originated in descents, to electrical energy, which helps the truck in the ascents, generating savings of up to 25% in fuel. The product is in the testing phase with sales scheduled for 2021.

Awareness towards Breast Cancer Awareness Month (BCAM)

The Suspensys booth at the 22nd Fenatran also featured a gift roulette projected on an LED screen, which allowed the visitor to interact with the BCAM theme. Participants were rewarded with gifts from Randon Companies and allusive to the breast cancer prevention awareness campaign. The action aimed to reinforce corporate social responsibility.

Relatório de Transparência e Igualdade Salarial - 1ºsem/24

A Suspensys, em cumprimento à Lei 14.611/2023, vem dar publicidade ao relatório de transparência salarial emitido pelo Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, referenciando, contudo, que o mesmo não necessariamente retrata o entendimento da empresa quanto às conclusões, tendo em vista os critérios utilizados para sua elaboração, os quais se baseiam no Cadastro Brasileiro de Ocupações (CBO) e dados relativos a RAIs do ano de 2022. A metodologia utilizada na legislação consiste em duas frentes: - Agrupamento de todos os cargos existentes nas empresas comparando a diferença entre homens e mulheres; - Agrupamento por Classificação Brasileira das Ocupações (CBOs); Já a metodologia da empresa considera grupos de cargo por escopo de atividade, complexidade, área de atuação, entre outros. O tema é muito relevante para a organização, por isso, reafirmamos que não existe qualquer prática de discriminação salarial. Também apoiamos o esforço do Governo em minimizar a desigualdade salarial de gênero e nos orgulhamos das práticas adotadas, que convergem para o mesmo propósito.
